I love it. The only thing I don't like is the typing. Because the selector is only on one finger at a time, you can't type on the digital keyboard like a regular one.
Instead you have to touch each button with your pointer like a kid or Grandma learning to type for the first time, and that's very slow. The controllers end up being way faster, so I use those, but they break the scifi like illusion of having a digital floating keyboard.

I have a Quest 2 and enjoy using the hand tracking on occasion. I have a few games that support it as well so it's fun to noodle around with.
Most of the games i play use the controllers though, and I'm okay with that

They should add an option that allows you to centre the cursor to your vision and use the hand pinch to select whatever you're looking at. I find that moving my fingers to pinch often moves my hand/cursor off the button I'm trying to press

I do have a question tho, is hand tracking on the quest 3 better and more stable than the quest 2? I have the quest 2 and I can be a little bit jumpy, would it be worth the switch?

It work’s surprising well. So well that I only use controllers when playing games. Everything else is with the hands now.
