A super quick and easy way to make a delicious mid-week dinner with no fuss, this simple pork & bok choy stir-fry is sure to be a winner!

Ingredients
500g boneless pork loin
4 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp grated ginger
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Egg white
Pinch of salt

2 cloves crushed garlic
500g Bok choy
1 onion (roughly chopped)
2 spring onions (roughly chopped)
2 tsp sugar
Pinch of white pepper
1 Tbsp cornflour

1 tbsp oyster sauce
50 ml rice wine
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
White pepper and salt

I have been cooking this for 20 years! It's so easy, so tasty and HEALTHY as pork strips have almost no fat I don't use but a few drops of oil for the Wok

you can get pure ginger juice with a Japanese grater - no water needed - but really -that was pretty slapdash as far as technique and thinking into the sauce
