“National Air of Germany (Die Wacht am Rhein)” by Sousa's Band 1904 or 1911
Victor 16138-B

Originally recorded by Sousa's band in 1904, a decade before World War 1, this very patriotic sounding national anthem is perfect for a band like Sousa’s. At first I thought this side was the 1904 version, but studying the DAHR listings for this record I think the Die Wacht am Rhein is from a newer 1911 recording. Both by the Sousa's band. But, there is a music sample on DAHR of the 1904 version which is a bit different than this record. So, I am going out on a limb and saying this double sided record must have been made and released in 1911.

Nice recording. You don't hear this much. There's that scene at Rick's in "Casablanca" where the Germans are singing this, and Paul Henreid gets the band to play "La Marseillaise, " and then Claude Rains closes the place.
