I did this for 30 days. Only had organic date syrup or organic honey as alternatives. I feel better and don’t crave sugar like I used to.

Ive cut down alot...coffee is the hardest...im just drinking it way less. Also cutting caffeine so wish me luck! Im going to do this! Thanks!

My first 2 weeks were the worst I felt like I had the flu. Since I use Splenda and only drink diet drinks ozempic and metformin took my A1C to 5.6 from 9.6 a year into this journey still drinking diet drinks and no sugar. Ozempic stopped working and had to switch to mounjaro and hoping the cravings stop like they did when i first went on ozempic. Good luck everyone

I only managed 12 days that's when the cravings got really intense for me the first days weren't so bad I expected it on day 3 like most others seem to experience but mine was 12

When you say sugar, do you mean like completely everything has to be sugar free? For example, I drink protein shakes some times as a snack between meals. The whole shake has 1g of sugar. Is this okay? Or no sugar at all?

Wow, I am starting week 3 no sugar and minimal carbs like under 30 g per day, and I lost 3 pounds maybe, really slow progress, how is that possible?
I'm not overweight, just trying to burn some stubborn belly fat, here and there some but not much, I feel a difference at my weist, my trousers are fitting better, but in weight not really much.
