While you're reminiscent I wondered if you remember while traveling with Trent & Allie meeting an Italian couple Sara & Luca LEAW ?
Luca has had 3 strokes is in serious condition in hospital.
Sara did a video explaining it . They have a baby girl Luce' too.
I'm sure they could use some 🙏& encouraging words from the communities of van life ect.
They were so happy they just bought a new Van for advertising.
I'm happy the Coffee Shop is coming together nicely Love & Light 💗🕊

10:35 Fellow coffee project initiator here, with the difference that my project failed :P Glad yours is growing!! If you like, you can recycle my pan roasting experiences and tips: (1) I think it's important to tell people to use an uncoated pan, as it can become so hot from roasting that teflon will decompose, creating a health hazard; (2) I found that pan roasting works up to 250 g green beans per load; (3) my trick to save energy when pan roasting is to stop heating before the desired roast level, then to finish roasting in the afterheat of the pan and residual heat in the beans, while stirring; (4) when doing so, one can just leave out your last step of cooling and chaff removal in a sieve; (5) unequal roasting is the big challenge when roasting in a pan, making it also difficult to judge when it's finished; what works best for me and e.g. a medium-dark roast level and the afterheat roasting technique from above is using an IR thermometer and stopping heating 50 seconds after the beans hit 190 °C for the first time.
