These authorities have a twisted mind and are projecting that on to these poor parents. How barbaric. Free Ariha!

No so we have a habit of showing half truth. Ariha had forceful marks on her genitelia and it was her grandmother who did that based on something Baba they followed have said or something. There's a video on YouTube to prove that. Ariha was in hospital two times, with bleeding vagina. That's when German authorities protected her. Most of the story is not shown here and now it's a mercy plea. This is the real story. These things maybe common in India but not in Germany so German authorities have taken the route of continuity.
Now if you're both working full time in a foreign country and neglect your daughter then it's your fault. You're not poor, you're not earning to survive. You didn't leave India for a better life. If you can't look after your daughter, best leave her with people who can.

A German hospital will not make such a statement without proof. The child should stay where she is safe. The Indian government should allow the German authorities to investigate the matter. Once she reaches India, who knows what will become of her. Many girls face abuse within their households. She is blessed to have been discovered by the hospital. Maybe they did find something suspicious. Her safety comes first. Let them investigate. Don't send her back unless the parents are cleared of all criminal charges.

Same thing happened and continues to happen in Norway and other Scandinavian and northwest European nations. Now Germany's also on the list. They just forcibly take away (snatch) toddlers and at times infants from Indian parents. This has been happening for a long time. Have been reading it in local news all over the world. Distressing and an unimaginable horror.

If it is noticed after medical examination that a child is sexually assaulted by her grandmother obviously the child is not safe to be sent back to the same surroundings irrespective of which nationality she hails from. Her safety should be paramount. Laws abroad are strict against child abuse n if this abuse has led to hospitalisation, it's something of concern.

"hurt by accident" inside the genital? What kinda accident leads to that deep part of the body? I'm confused, this was either penetration or something else but obviously a SA. Good for the German government, as long as the baby is in safe hands, by the government it's good, and far better than keeping it with people who "accidentally" hurt a little child in its private area. People who are pitying these animals are just either too naive or too brutal by supporting them.

In this case, there was clearly a crime committed. Most probably the grandma is taking the fall, otherwise the man won't have a job.

There must be issues I believe. Otherwise no hospital will take the risk. Here in India children are abused and it's okay if that's parents and relatives . Because the child doesn't understand.
I was harassed by my cousin n my parents failed to understand what I told them as a kid. They repeated sent me to my father's sister house in vacation which I hated. But I hated that, one time I got beating from my father when I was eating because I refused to go. That plate flew away I did eat that day. But I stopped going. I stood for myself as a kid without any knowledge of harassment. This is the time I started getting distance from my parents.
I grew up. I understood but never cared to tell them. They still brag how they sacrificed to raise me.

If the baby was actually sexually assaulted then she shouldn't be given back to the parents. Children in India have no rights, it is completely normal to be beaten by your parents and authorities won't do anything about it.

This shows how important every citizen is in Germany. They could easily give away the child to sail to India. But they chose what they thought is good for her. Really impressed.

Drop this case. Baby was sexually abused. Let her live in Germany and be adopted. Parents don't deserve children.

How could injury occur accidentally pointing towards sexual assault by grandma???
I hope she's safe wherever she's going to be

What baffles me is that it took Indian authorities 10 months to look into this matter.

We want inquiry to be set on this parents and grandparents of this child. How they can abuse child se*ually. Child is Indian and Indian police should interrogate this entire family. Stitches to private part is not joke.

As a parent I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for them. This can’t be done. She should be free and brought back to her motherland.

In Germany, many kids were moved to foster care, only for saying, in Schools or Kindergartens, that they were abused. It's also same, if Parents find out that kids are physically abused, they can put a case against anyone. Artikel 1 in Germany's constitution is, no one has right to hurt anyone physically. It's voilation of human dignity.
That's why here, most common punishment that's valid is, fines. If the law authorities, see that anyone has been physically inviolated, the offenders are severely punished. I think it is a good thing.

Make the medical reports public, if the child was abused then parents should not have the child back....I don't think German medical officials would make false reports, please share the reports
