We have the same concept in building a bike. Yung sakto sa preference and budget! I am sure masarap i-ride yan. I just have one issue with Sunshine, but when I replaced with straight shimano, I had no issues. Good luck on your events! :)

Abangan ko yung review ng cassette. Naka 12 speed chain and crankset ako sa 11 speed ultegra ko heheh. Need ko ng another cassette para sa smart trainer ko.
