Do you have one deadlift training per week and if so what it looks like? How would you organize sets and reps for these exercises?

you ever do pause dls? I used to do them in heavy sets of 4 and pause right after they leave the floor not at the knees. When I switch back to regular deads I can really feel the exact moment where the pause work is kicking in and the lift becomes way easier. definitely my favourite accessory after that banded dls and deficit dls
