I’m thinking about a hysterectomy after I give birth I adopted 2 and I’m pregnant with my third and while part of me wants a forth I am also so tired and my third isn’t even here yet. Thank god my husband is on board

We are hoping for a second baby.
I went to my obgyn yesterday, because my period wouldn’t stop after 19 days! Turns out, it wasn’t my period, and that I am pregnant, but it doesn’t look very promising 😢 I will see her next week again, wish me luck that everything will be better then.
