My morning ritual: Wake up at 6AM (NO SNOOZING hehe), meditate for 10 minutes, then on to a 7 minute workout (it's an app and it's awsome), after that I eat a healthy breakfast and after that I'm off to work. Takes about 45 minutes, but trust me, it helps me so much in productivity throughout my day!

I love the part about the routines but I think it's more beneficial to call it a ritual, people fall into routines, however rituals are intentional and concentrated. I think that change in vocal pattern is good to subconsciously pay more attention to it.

Great video :) I'm trying to create my morning routine so far I'm reading for 10 minutes making my bed and taking a cold shower! I'm feeling great and with more energy :) and I noticed that when I check my phone first thing in the morning my productive goes to the toilet any ways great video you got an amazing channel I hope one day mine can be as cool as yours! Keep the good work :)

Before I go to work and after I get off I read at least 1 chapter in a financial/self improvement book. Always tell yourself everyday what your working so hard for.

On point 4: the idea of delegation weaves nicely into this; time-wasters are usually things that are easy to do and/or cheap enough to pay someone else to do.
