T32E1 at 7.7 is unplayeble because of 8.7 there is no way you can match with tanks like T-55AM1 or Is-7.

i think the reason the Tiger H1 has bad performance across the entire playerbase is that you can research it as your first tank in rank 3. This leads to relatively new players going straight for it (obviously, the best tank you can get is going to be the most fun right?) and thus a lot of new Tiger H1 players are going to have a lot less experience with the game than players from other countries at that BR and are thus going to do poorly

And now I still play with my panzer 3 and panzer4 all the time, because it became so annoying at 5.7 and 6.3

I agree to that when a tiger 2 h get sent against american korean war era tanks it doesnt matter if u angle they will go through

yeah, i'm not gonna play top tier jets because of the radar guided aim and missiles.

also,

i like my tiger h1, i never had problems with it. but i do get up-tiers for about 80% of the time. the down-tiers are rare but when they happen it is kinda op (no medium tank can reliably pen a angled tiger h1 at that BR). the BR compression would be nice to see in tank Rb for sure. but for air Rb i would rather see a different game mode with re-spawns...EC

The biggest fix by raising the br to 11.0 is being able to raise the 8.7 premiums to 9.3 so they stay out of top tier and they leave the 7.7 games where they absolutely stomp

I know so many people who quit war thunder because of the match making constantly uptiering their vehicles to higher BRs.

yesterday gayjim posted this in their changelogs:
"A bug where in battles at BRs between 9.0 and 10 the limitation for the number of players with a BR of 10 for 25% (4 players max) of the maximum number of players in the team not working  has been fixed."
so atleast in toptier, there can only be 4 players max per battle with 10.0 vehicles, if it's not a full 10.0 vs 10.0 match
