As a native speaker of English and French, I've learned German through my grandma, who's from Germany. Sadly, I don't get much opportunity to speak German, except with my grandma, since I live Canada, where it's very hard and almost impossible to find German speaking communities. I'm currently able to speak conversational German. However, I'm pretty bad at reading and writing German. At first, when I tried to learn how to read German, I felt completely overwhelmed, since I wasn't always aware of proper grammar when I spoke German. I kind of had to set that aside for a couple of years, due to frustration. You are really the one who motivated me to set my goals with the language and really gave opportunities to make things clear and more manageable. Besides, you really gave me the courage to pick up in all areas of the language. Vielen Dank! Most importantly, you inspire me as a person. I would love to watch your vlogs if you wish to record any. :D

My native language is Portuguese but nowadays I use English the most (tho I'm still not that fluent/in advanced level) and I've been curious about German since I heard my dad and his side of the family speaking it. XD
Learning a new language sounds fun and you could even talk to people online, besides getting some experience and knowing the culture. In the future I also want to learn estonian since it's my partner's native language, it sounds difficult but I'll accept the challenge!
