if this is the reason, then why pitch condition matters for swing in cricket or why green pitch offers more swing?🤔

it can be explained in other way:
the rough surface drags more air, as a result, the velocity of air at rough surface increases, so the pressure decreases when compared to the shiny surface, so, the ball will experience a net force where the force moves from shiny to rough side
so, the ball will swing

With a brand new ball, it is typically the orientation of the seam that dictates the swing. Hence, if the seam is angled outwards, that side of the ball becomes 'rougher' resulting in the ball swinging in the direction of the seam. That is how most new-ball bowlers (Anderson, Bhuvi etc.) predominantly look to swing the ball. Otherwise, there is no 'rough' side on a new ball - that's only later in the game.
