Another excellent video and a reminder how important it is to have a setup routine . I now finally understand when I don’t follow this routine why my ball kept going out to the right. Thanks again for another great lesson.

Thank you big time for your videos Kerrod and especially this one! I’ve fully incorporated your PSR into my game and my tournament performance has improved big time!
I’ve been in lessons and self-learning a lot in the past 5 years. I’ve seen many, many videos and then practice. But your videos have helped me to go from +32 to +14 in just 1 month!! What can I say, keep up the good work and big THANK YOU from Spain!

Thanks, Kerrod Gray. That routine preparation I liked it. It seems I am doing a little bit off the target, but now I know what to do. Thanks.

Hi Kerrod, Watched this video this morning and tried it out at Esperance golf club today. I played better than usual with less mishits. I
also felt more confident using the routine as it gives more of a sense of intention. Thanks, Murray

Question? You talk about picking a spot just in front of the ball. But make no reference to his when you setup and hit the ball. When are you using the spot??

I really like the tip about lining the club face up first and then stepping in. I have a hard time getting my aim dialed in. I'm definitely going to try this moving forward!

My routine was always lining up, adress the ball..go back a bit to do practice swing right next to ball (like u show) and then go nearer before the shot.. should i change to practice, lining up and then shot like urs? Or to each his own?

My concern in my routine is my "doubt" that I have the correct posture. How do I confirm that I am in the right posture during my routine? How do I just walk into the correct posture?

Thank you for your video. One question, why don't you make the practice-swing just before you hit, so you don't 'forget' the feeling of it ?

If you go to the range with 100 balls, would you recommend doing this routine for every single ball?

This is all good, but I cringe when I hear golf coaches say “…pick an intermediary point a few inches in front of the ball…”.

Think about drawing parallel lines on a piece of paper; the further apart we measure two points, the better our chance of drawing straight parallel lines through the two points. If the two points are too close together, we are more likely to draw lines at incorrect angles.

As Jack Nicklaus’ says; chose an intermediary point “…A FEW FEET…” in front of the ball, but still within peripheral vision. By doing this, the target line is more likely to be on target and our stance is more likely to be parallel with the target line.
