good discussion and yes the US is dying for a recession to happen but it just isn't! Lol...regardless 2023 has been one of the worst years so far for many reasons globally...but the outlook for the right ppl is still positive and I agree with the guest speaker Lucas, upskilling is key and so is having the right contacts to (sincerely) help you get in....its mostly about contacts and a little bit of luck in these dark days
