1 tip from someone who has Haley-like under eyes:

If you don't want to wear makeup but still wanna hide the undereye darkness, try an orange/peach colour corrector that's mixed with your concealer shade to make your custom colour corrector or try one that's already mixed like the Becca or Huda colour corrector. This will blend seamlessly without looking like you're wearing anything. You can add just a tiny bit of your shade of concealer on top to hide it even better. I say this because just covering your undereyes when you've no other makeup on looks super obvious and weird but with this technique you hide some while still looking natural.
