You forgot one thing. When you call in a vehicle then you get killed before its spawned in. Then you have to wait 2mins to spawn in another.

Would add only 2 things
1. As mentioned previously, when you call the mechanic for a car and dies before getting it, and then you gotta wait for the cooldown
2. When you are running and accidentally accept some warning screen. Happens a lot if you are playing with friends and they join a job, it will give you a black screen asking if you wanna join them.

There's also when you want to start a heist and you wait like half an hour for people to join, but after a while you give up and later the exact same heist is hosted by a different person and it instantly fills up.

You forgot the most annoying thing to happen in GTA Online: that moment when you're in a heist and that one cocky player who also demands 25% of your cut always fails the easiest task, thus forcing you to restart the whole heist.
