Thanks a lot! But what can I do if I only have laptop with FreeDOS, empty USB drive and internet connection? Is it posible to create Windows bootable usb from FreeDOS?

it's neither booting the os from the cd rom or usb ?
it's not even showing any of them
I have checked BIOS and USB port is enabled
