This is the only thing that makes sense to me. My husband eats whatever he wants and has eaten processed junk food his whole life and he is thin with no health issues. I am obese and eat really healthy (and no one believes me except my husband because he knows what I eat). The difference between us is that I have had many courses of antibiotics over my lifetime and he has had none. He also never gets sick and I am always sick. When I was in my 20’s a dermatologist put me on long term antibiotics for my acne (rather than helping me balance my hormones by cutting out dairy) and I have struggled with my weight ever since. Since that time I have had to take antibiotics at least 6 more times, maybe more and guess what? My weight keeps going up and up. I am currently sugar, caffeine, grain, alcohol free and am doing intermittent fasting 18:6 and am still having a hard time losing. Someone needs to figure this out!
