Another great review and unlike most Lecia reviews you point out possible problems rather than simply saying it's Lecia so simply the 'best' - my first impression - its MASSIVE and of course expensive. It's interesting that they have also introduced a focus/ distance scale using LCD's like the latest Sony Zeiss Batis glass. Good stuff, thanks for posting.

I hope this is the way mirrorless systems will go. This looks a lot more professional like the Sony cameras already, it just needs better AF...
Personally I don't care about size and weight, I want a reliable camera that is comfortable to hold with big hands. And since I did have an SD card failing on me while shooting I definitely want something with two slots.

Can you please help? At mark 2:45 in this video, you mention about the DOF scale showing in Manual Focus only. Does the DOF scale show only with Native Leica Lenses? Will it also show with adapted Voigtlander M lenses?
If the answer is yes does it absolutely need the Leica M-Adapter L to communicate with the camera? Or any adapter will work? Your input is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Leica is starting and abandoning too many systems. Both the S and T/TL are obsolete with this new system.

My excellent condition year old Sony A7R made only 50% of the purchase price on ebay when i sold it after buying the MK2 A7R.The Leica will hold it's value much better.

That lens is a monstrosity! $5 grand for a variable zoom. Who are they kidding?
Just make a Q with interchangeable mount already...job done.
