Excellent! This talk by Kadam Bridget Hayes turned up, just as I was feeling quite low. I have Alzeimers disease which is terminal. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, my teacher appeared in my mind by steering my browsing to this podcast !! Thankyou Geshe La ❤ Perfect. I feel better now !
