10.Super Mario Kart: It aged soo poorly. Unfair, shit controls, bad track selection, unfun. The only good think about it is that it created the series
9.Mario kart 8: it's mario kart 8 deluxe but unfinished. The track selection is rlly bad, the character roster is rlly bad. At least it has good controls but pretty mid.
8.Mario Kart DS: Hear me out. This was my first game ever. The battle mode and mission mode are excellent. But the grand problem is the track selection is trash. The only good tracks are the special and leaf cup, shroom ridge, mario Circuit, airship fortress, sky garden and frappe snowland. Some of the tracks not mentioned are below average but most of them are trash . I still really like this game but the other ones are better
7.Mario kart 7: This game has the best track selection in the franchise, all cups are great. But the big problems are the character roster is kinda mid (I don't care about don't having waluigi but diddy kong, funky Kong, Petey, dry bones, etc are missing), the battle mode is mid (except Wuhu town) and most importantly no versus mode on a handheld game. That's why is it so low( If it had better characters and versus it would probably be number 3)
6.Mario kart super circuit: This game is so underrated. All the tracks are consistenty great, I really like how coins work in this game, I really love the controls, they are hard but precise if mastered. It has a quick run YAYY (not like 7) and overall it has probably the best rainbow road ost and some of the best tracks ever.
5.Mario Kart 64: This game has a great track selection of tracks, but most important, is the mario kart I enjoy the most playing. The controls are amazing and I love the item distribution. But the part that is most fun are the ultra shortcuts. Some are easier, some are harder, but they are all rlly fun doing for the first time and mastering. Isn't higher bc next ones are better.
4.Mario Kart Double Dash: I really love this game. All the cups except the mushroom cup are amazing (baby park worst track ever and peach beach and Luigi circuit rlly simple), the controls are the best in the series imo and the character roster is amazing for the most part. This game is the most unique mario kart and it's not higher bc top 3 is slightly better (top 4 is so close for me bc these four game are almost perfect imo)
3.Mario kart tour: This is really controversial but hear me out. This game isn't p2w anymore, I have only played 9 months and spent about 10 bucks and I have rlly little problems with loadouts and rankeds. The controls aren't as good as with controller, but still great imo. The track selection is HUGE, with new track every two weeks, that's my favourite part, the skins are amazing, the combo mechanic is amazing, hope it is a mode in the next mario kart, the frenzies are so fun to do, prob my favourite mobile game ever, sad it's ending soon.
2.Mario kart 8 deluxe: This game is almost perfect and would be number one if it wasn't for the base game selection, the bcp is much much better in almost every track except on the visual department (I still rlly like the cartoony style in most tracks). The character roster if we get funky Kong and rob in wave 6 will be 10/10 (if we don't get one of those 2 it's (8/10), the only complain it's that is an easy game, even in 200cc.
1.Mario kart wii: This game is almost perfect in everything. Best character and vehicle roster, best nitro selection, best lightning cup, the bikes are so sooo fun to play with, the minimap is the best in the series, etc etc. The only complains I have are half of the nitros are below average and the battle mode being teams locked (I only played battle mode in this game once with my friends so I don't mind it much)

Honestly the controls on tour aren’t that bad, also I don’t use layout mode since I can use the smaller left and right screen to turn very fast, which gets me more points, also you can just go ham with the broken drifting.

Speaking of Mario kart 8 deluxe it's about time i tell you what's been happening with it's booster course now that all of the spoiler tracks are in. So when Wave 1 came out, Nintendo left 2 things in the game's files that modders found those being the prefix leak and the banner leak. The prefix leak showed the labelings like Wii or DS for example Of all of the cups tracks in what order They were supposed to be placed. And the banner leak showed an unused banner for the booster course pass with upcoming tracks being blurred out. Then when wave 2 came out the prefix leak was 100% correct with wave 2 tracks

but a couple of hours later after wave 2 released another new leak was found that being the music leak. The music leak played 2 seconds of a few of the courses in the booster course pass. And its how we know what wave a track was originally supposed to be in. For example all of the tracks themes are all labeled as Cnsw_ 2 numbers. The first number being the wave and the second number being the placement in the wave.

For example London loop is labeled Cnsw_31 first track of the rock cup.

All of wave 3's tracks where leaked and it lined up with the prefix leak at the time.

Tour Merry Mountain
3DS Rainbow Road.

But then there were rumors that maple treeway another track that was found in the music leak was being moved to wave 3 even though it was planned for wave 6. And the rumors were true and waluigi stadium was moved to wave 4.

Then that's when the prefix leak started to be invalid for a few tracks. But one thing that it wasn't wrong about at the time was the number of tracks from a we were supposed to get. So no more 3ds ds gba or n64 tracks are left for the booster course pass. For wave 4's tracks we were supposed to have.

How we know is because the tracks contain there original file names for the cups. Even though they were moved. And currently thats all i can tell you about without spoiling wave 6. I will explain what happened to it when it comes out. So yeah that's what the original booster course pass was supposed to be like.
