While acknowledging there likely is blame on both sides of the situation, Mike Florio and Chris Simms commend Brian Flores for addressing the issue head on and how personal remarks crossed the line. #ProFootballTalk #tuatagovailoa #dolphins

I TRULY RESPECT the way FLORES handled this issue. He's leaving room to respect what Tua said and GROW from this. This is a powerful, courageous way to handle such a critique and opinion. If the issue is actually that Tua is the "terrible person, " Flores is man enough to find a way to grow no matter what. That's a WHOLE MAN, RIGHT THERE!😭😭😭

Tua was caught in the middle of Flores and upper management. they tried to get 46 yrs old Tom Brady to replace Tua. that wasn't Flores saying Tua sucks. The same people that manipulated Tua in thinking Flores sucks are the same people that want Tua and Flores to lose games.

Flores handled it well he excepted the criticism from Tua and knows he should do better. Its not a matter of being tough it’s matter treating a person with dignity. The old school way of treating people like trash to get the best out them does not work. Finally I’m glad Tua said what he said, and Tua didn’t deserve to get crapped on because the coach didn’t get what he wanted.

Don't even trip Coach Flores.... we know what is in your heart. Some people just crumble when the medicine isn't buried inside a birthday cake.

Tua my friend, never join the military.

And for those saying it's different in college.
Saban and Flores were both from the Belichick coaching tree.
Saban coached hard and fair.
Flores handled the comments well and says he'll learn from it. That should show by the way his new players were next to him in his press conference

Sometimes drive to succeed and ambition can overpower somebody’s ability to be sensitive to people under their leadership. I appreciate how Flores handle the comments. I think this is a positive outcome for both Tua and Flores and they will both grow from this.

Thank you Simms I’ve been waiting to see if anyone would make the point Tua looks like he can’t handle life in the NFL unless people are praising him.

Simms is 100 percent right about Tua.

True leadership by Brian Flores. He takes responsibility, doesn't quibble or deflect and give it a "What about Tua? What else could I do when the guy was so bad at QB." Brian Flores comes across as a man you'd want to work for. As Chris Simms said, Tua's emotional incontinence and blurting this out questions Tua's mental strength. When it gets down to the nut cutting in the play-offs will Tua go missing? Very possibly.

The fact that Tua says all these things in the media instead of discussing it face to face with Flores says about about his beta male personality

Brian Flores, the organization, and the fans were done with Tua.Flores had a job to do, and Tua didn't hold up his end.Tua want to air his dirty laundry in public, but this will come back to haunt him.

chris is dickriding flores so hard here. imagine being a rook and your head coach outwardly doesnt believe in you and dogged you every day, if that coach was trying to run you outta the league before you even had a contract or any type of offense to show your of course its personal, hes also suing the team saying they fired me because of racism.

I believe in NoodleArmVailoa even less now. That was a weak, beťa male manner to handle this situation. All he had to say was “well my time with him was a different experience than the rest of my football career, I feel like the coach-quarterback relationship is important and it’s important to be on the same page and just about everything, and with Coach Flores we didn’t quite see eye to eye on certain things, but kudos to him, he’s left Miami and he’s now doing good things up in Minnesota, he’s a good defensive coach, I’m here with Coach McDaniel, who comes with a bit of a different approach that I think fits my style more as a player and we’re doing good things and we can’t wait to hit out stride this season”.

Instead he couldn’t wait to attack Coach personally when he should’ve just had a conversation with the coach man-to-man. This is a terrible look for him. And props to Coach Flores for not pointing fingers or blaming tool for his faults, whether they were existent or not, taking responsibility and looking to improve. But #1 for Miami looks like #2 rn.

I mean are any of these assistant coaches from the Patriots not terrible? Patricia, Flores, McDaniels, Judge, players hate playing for these guys. Tua is weak too, but these coaches from the Patriots are the worst.

Why so much hate towards Florio and Simms. They're just stating the facts. Tua never quoted what BFlo actually said, it was just his interpretation to what he considered negative. Im sure Tua was watching the news and seen the owner Ross wanted both Tua and BFlo out for Brady and Payton. Tua is just a sensitive, entitled, million dollar baby. He loves to be coddled and be held up against McDaniel's boosm. BFlo tried to make him a professional, a man, a grown up. This generation is so damn soft, especially with this whole damn WOKEism, straight garbage. Tua's soft, he will never be able to elevate his teammates with hugs and kisses, but he got paid, im sure it doesn't matter to him.
