Objects Connect: A New Way of Learning

Obejcts Connect (formerly "IdentityUnboxed" during pilot) is an innovative new way of learning developed by The Faith & Belief Forum that brings families into the learning experience with their children and their teachers. After a successful pilot in London, we have just launched the second phase of this project in the West Midlands and North West.

Using a range of diverse special objects, children and parents take turns discussing the object, delving into their identity, tradition and background and using it as a lens to investigate the religion and worldview of others. The class' collective thoughts are then fed back to dynamically shape the following term's teaching and learning.
