I think that wheel damage is the game trying to simulate tire wear there

I have noticed that if you drive on high beams the AI in the other direction will flash you as a indicator to turn them off just like in real life

One detail I noticed just a while ago is that the steering wheel gets harder to turn when your engine is off (simulating the lack power steering).

One thing of realism I love of this game simulator is that when you overtake a vehicule, and then kilometers ahead you stop for gas or red light, that vehicule appears to pass you again. The vehicule didn't disappear in the game.

This game have amazing attention to detail. The only thing missing is more irregular bumpy roads, in real life roads aren't perfectly flat

something else i've noticed is that the ai correctly reacts to all of your lights. For example, when you're on a roundabout, if you turn on the right blinker, the ai stopped at the closest exit will enter the roundabout (same for intersections), or also when you turn on the blinker to join a lane, the ai will most likely let you in. If you stop by the side of the road (out of the lane) and turn on hazard lights, the ai will behave in the same way as in random events it slows down
Really nice details

Yes, I've noticed this details in game. Stuffs like this make the simulator more real. Good video, bro. 👍👌👋

For the wheels damage, it's basically a tyre wear simulation, nothing wrong about it imo

A couple things I've noticed about driveways: If you've been waiting for a while in heavy traffic, unable to leave, the game will do 1 of two things. It will stop spawning traffic going down that side of the road to let you out, or on a very rare occasion an ai vehicle (usually another truck from my experience) will stop anyway and flash you out, in a similar way to the hazard example.

pretty crazy with the hazard lights, this game is definitely very well designed. props to SCS.

One thing I noticed is that the further north you move, the more hours of light there are, a small detail that perhaps few have noticed

The normal "wear and tear" damage I just attribute to needing normal things like oil/fluid changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks.

When you turn on the lights, wipers, blinkers, you can see the levers turning

About the damage only for driving it, it's not a bug, it's not a problem, it's to be a tyre wear simulation, for me, it's very good!

I noticed that if you go really slow in a road, which can be a highway or even city roads, the AI will overtake you even if they can’t, like in a road with two lane with two direction of travel, the AI will overtake you in the opposite side

A great tip is "random events possibility" in settings, set this a bit high (about 30-50%) and you'll see interesting incidents or accidents, for example trucks or cars on fire, trailer load burned or fallen out, FD & police vehicles there, and also roadwork, even roads dug up for pipes etc. I have it set around the middle (which makes everything highly possible), it's awesome, you have many things to see while traveling!

I noticed when you flash your high beam lights to greet the oncoming AI truck, sometimes it flashes back in response. Nice little in-game detail to cheer you up.

If you're standing on the freeway with your hazard lights on, cars overtake you more slowly than without

I also noticed something else with the flashing lights. If you use the flashing lights on the highway, while slowly coming to a stop: the ai behind you will also activate their indicators to warn traffic behind them.
Kind of the same way as when approaching a traffic jam or an accident.
