I started applying this kind of diet sir 24 years ago when i discovered through an x ray and by my doctor said, they saw something in my liver. Its really hurt sir. The same as what doctor ong has experienced. Now i am totally healed. I avoid proteinous foods and drinks but keep doing hard works.God Bless....
