In the year 2007 had breast Cancer Stage 3 and again in 2021 Stage 4
Cancer in 5 different areas. It’s very stressful. In the year 2024 decided
that 1) had to lose weight 2) drink more water 3) walk 30 minutes per day 4) Stay away from Fast Foods and Processed Food 5) Stop eating
anything that has sugar. 6) No Alcohol or Smoking 7) Start eating Healthy Foods and lots of Vegetables and Fruits that are healthy for you!
Foods cooked with Avocado or Olive Oil, sm. amount of salt/fats.
I’m planning to live a good life….soon will be 80 years old….thanks to God!

I got rid of psoriasis off my back omitting tomatoes, bell peppers potatoes all nightshade vegetables. 10 years of treating it I just by changed my diet no wine. ❤ has healed me plus vit D and A. Zinc has helped too. 4:14

We should all try to eat healthy, i eat kale, turnip greens, dandelions, all akaline vegetables, they do not contain starch. Mostly all the people eat vegetables that contain starch, they are hybird. Thanks for posting . What should be included in this list is dried seaweed . The thymus gland shrinks with age and iodine is dramatically reduced . Iodine assists with T cell production and is the bodies first line of defence attacking these nasty tumours I add small amounts of Korean dried seaweed to my miso paste soup in hot water with each meal best of health every body

It may not kill it but I do believe we can change our health by not eating so many processed foods. I believe God assigns our time but what we put in our bodies determines how we spend the ends of our lives. If you notice he repeats that eating these foods helps prevent cancer.
