This is so true. I’m done 30+lbs in the last year and a half. I started limiting soft drinks to one a week. I then cut out almost all alcohol. I worked on my diet eating less meat and more fruit and veggies.i then started walking. Went about 2 miles in the evening, eventually went 3. I the stated jogging part of the route, up to maybe a half a mile. Just last week jogged two of the three miles. Started doing push-ups again. Start small, stick with it and you will succeed.

One thing at a time - how to clean YOUR Room:
1 - pick up everything off the floor - put like things in piles, on the bed. NOW You can wallk in the room. 2- put clean clothes in the closet & dirty ones in the hamper. 3- put away TOYs & books / clean & tidy shelves. 4 - make the bed with clean sheets. =Saturday afternoon well spent !

speaking from experience. start with your taxs if you havent done them. it will get you some money and set you on the right path. you can use that money to buy things and improve yourself. even in minor ways/ for me it was getting driving lessons at 29 so i could finally learn how to drive. yeah its embarrassing and yeah i dont like the idea of doing it but some times you have to destroy yourself to move forward. sometimes your the thing in your way. the you that you were has to die so the you that you could be can exist.
