Idk .. Acting out such emotions is probably going to worsen anger issues as per my knowledge? It makes you feel that your rage and thoughts in mind are okay when it's not. Once the mental barrier of beating person goes down, it becomes harder for you to put that barrier in right place again. That's how human behaviour work. That's what psycology says of human behaviour. It's better to control it, think of it and resolve it instead of letting negativity take over you as a whole. You dont know when acting might turn into a reality you never wanted in the first place.
