I had a grill when I was 21. We actually went to the jeweler to get our teeth molded. Then 2-3 weeks later a custom grillz, they check the fit and adjust them. This here is just some cereal box prize shit. I still have me joints, because it was solid gold. I don't wear them anymore. 🙄

A lot of people have trouble getting a good fit on the top. What I do is pull the prongs out far enough I know they are going to be to loose then I hold the men with one hand and feel in there with the finger of my other hand at the prongs of the front two teeth and guesstimate how far I need to push them back in then I work my way out doing the same thing it also helps to see and feel how they are in relation to the contour of your teeth if you do that you can almost get them to fit without the mold but once you use the mold they will be good and snug. Also if you're in the market to buy some whether they're generic cheap ones or good ones either way make sure those prongs have some curvature to fit around the tooth because some cheap eBay ones don't have that curvature and it's hard to get them to fit properly especially if there isn't enough curvature there to fit around the molars on top because if the prongs are just pushed out and not hooked around the tooth they will fit like trash

The part that got me is when you say use tweezers, but you use needle nose pliers 😂

Could you reuse grills like if you put them in right after the water step and let it harden in your mouth and then when I go to sleep the grills molding bar hardens and it’s not the same outing it in like it falls out a lot it doesn’t really stay in so are the type of grills you buy online reusable or is it just a one time thing
