Crock Pot Guinness Irish Stew

WOW!! Really hardy and delicious. This recipe is made using simple ingredients and Guinness Beer from Ireland. It is amazing!!
RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1 Cup all purpose flour
1 Tablespoon onion flakes (or raw onion if you prefer)
3 - 4 Large Potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes (I used small, round potatoes)
1 Bottle Guinness Beer
1.5 Pounds of stewing or braising steak cut into 1 inch cubes
4 Cups chicken broth
3 Large carrots cut into large chunks
1 Tablespoon tomato paste
1 Teaspoon salt - pepper - paprika
3 - 4 Bay leaves
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
Avacado oil for frying
Directions:
Put flour, salt and pepper in a zip lock bag. Shake the meat cubes in the flower to evenly coat. Brown half of the meat at the time using the oil in a frying pan or suitable sear-sauté pot. Remove and set aside.
Deglaze the pot with the beer. Add potatoes and carrots and pour in the chicken stock. Add all the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
Slow cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 6 hours, checking periodically for doneness. Stew is done when the meat is fork tender.
