Baklava with filo dough
Material :
15 pieces of ready-made baklava dough
150-200 grams of butter
To prepare the pudding:
2 cups of milk
2.5 tablespoons of semolina
1 tea cup of coarsely chopped walnuts
for diameter:
3 cups of sugar
3 cups of water
1 slice of lemon
First, the syrup is made on high heat. After it starts to boil, it is boiled for 20 minutes on low heat and then allowed to cool.
For pudding, milk and semolina are cooked and left to cool.
With a brush, brush all the pieces of filo dough with the melted butter, except for the top of the dough. Then it is cut into squares.
They are closed in the shape of a triangle by placing the pudding and walnuts between them.
They are arranged on the tray and brushed with the remaining butter. Bake the baklava in a 180 degree oven until it turns golden brown.
After baking, it is left for 5 minutes and when it cools down a bit, cold syrup is poured over it.
