Changes are scary, but we'll never know what awaits us if we don't leave our comfort zone. Love this video and this channel <3

The thing is it's not really a matter of "comfortable to more comfortable". Maybe in the bigger picture, but the way it works is that in order to get from good to better you need to walk the path that leads you from discomfort. And we don't want to go onto that path, because why would we, if we're fine like this?

As cheesy as it sounds, it's all about leaving your comfort zone. And the only way I found it working is to focus on one thing at a time, because in order to really change something you need to constantly remind yourself of why you do it and just simply that you ARE doing it. And it's difficult to remind yourself of 15 things daily, hell, hourly even! So one thing at a time and focus.

And meditation helps. A lot. But first, you need to make meditation this one thing you focus on in order to let it help you focus on other things.

This is such a great and thoughtful video! I think in order to escape from a more comfortable position to an even more comfortable position, we need to be put through a lot of uncomfortable and daunting positions. We all make and watch "i want to change this..." videos and have a sudden burst of motivation, but when the next day rolls around, we don't really feel that same motivation. Like you said we are either forced to make a change when we are running to or from something. In order for us to change we have to force ourselves to constantly be motivated. Whether that is through watching the same change video over and over again, or to have someone work with you on that change. I hope that made sense..? I love the small light bulbs above your bed!

The grand escape from being comfortable to even more comfortable?
Well, I just learned that "isolation is a dream killer" and I think that's totally right. At least for me. I'm comfortable being and working alone, but you won't come far that way I think. Sometimes you just need to ask someone for help. So for me it's all about leaving my comfort zone to find an even more comfortable zone. ^^
Great video by the way! Love you guys and the whole concept of this channel. Please never stop making videos!!

OOoooh interesting video! I think you're right in saying we need to really want to do something to do anything at all in terms of change but that we're often not motivated by the unknown. We may be better off making changes, but who could confirm that for us? Awesome video Orin!

The best escape we can have is escaping the world of social media and just disconnect for a day or two.
It's amazing what you can accomplish when you are not distracted by other people's thoughts.

Perhaps we love to seek and it's easier to on the internet than in real life. It's comfortable. But seeking experience is different than seeking knowledge. The challenge, I think, is in the seeking experiences that challenge us.

Just discovered this video. These thoughts are so similer to mine. I'm a bit surprised (in a good way) that there is someone who tryes to convey this kind of message. Most people around me do not think this way. At least as I know. Thanks Orin for again great video which offers self-reflection!

Isn't the secret to become comfortable with being uncomfortable? Then we aren't afraid to challenge ourselves, stretch outside of ourselves and take risks.

Totally feeling like I am strolling along right now - I really want to run but then is it really enough to act on it? :/
