The way Laurie looked at Jo in the last scene broke my heart completely. They really deserved to be together, and again, in the last scene that look he gave Jo was regret. Pure regret that he didn’t try to ask Jo to marry him again. Regret that he married Amy. The ending of the movie just really broke me.

I was so sad about their ending 🥺🥺🥺 I have nothing against Amy when it comes to her personality, but I feel like she took too much from Jo and got away with some other stuff. In the end, she took away the novel she was working on, she took away the trip to Europe, she didn’t have to go to Beth’s funeral because of that trip, and she took Laurie. I mean, at least give her Laurie. They had more history, they had a bigger connection, and Laurie proposed to Jo first. When he kissed Amy I thought it was as a last resort since he couldn’t have Jo and that they’d get married in the end since they missed each other but I was wrong 😢😢😢 anyway, nice edit. It’s slowly healing my heart :”)
