Is there a way to set a criteria to the current month in a query so I don’t have to change criteria every month?

I always enjoy your video and paid the annual full access on your site as well. I am looking find out how to create a continious calendar. I want to have a group of people on the left and look at their schedule all at once on a calendar.

People names on the left axis and the days of the month on the top row axis. I want to view everyone on one page and see empty space to task their availability.

I have been using this on excel for years I want to have it on Access Please help.
