I watched this movie a few days ago and I loved parts of it. The acting was great, and I loved the moor shots and the cast but the retelling wasn't completely accurate to Charlotte & Emily's relationship irl however I still enjoyed the poetry, linguistics and drama.

Wuthering Heights is the greatist book I've ever read... and also this movie sucks butt. They did Charlotte SO dirty. It was so unfair. Her book came out within a couple of months of Wuthering Heights and it was every bit as dark. The idea that she was some prissy bitch until she read her sister's book is beyond stupid. It's a fucking terrible movie. It's so sensationalized in the absolute worst of ways. Wuthering Heights is the best novel that family, or any family, ever produced, but Jane Eyre is brilliant, and Charlotte didn't need Emily to write it. They completely botched history with this garbage.
