Hi Rory,
Thanks for the helpful video. Just so that you're aware, Part 1 of the Reading & Use of English paper actually counts as part of the Reading mark on the exam, not Use of English.

Your videos are great.

Well, although I love Cambridge I hate the way the put students in a hurry. In order to pass the test you must practice skills which are completely irrelevant to prove your english level. For example, fight against the time. They could give two times the time to students really focus on what it really matters. In my country university-entrance tests are often done in 5 hours, however, you have up to 8 hours to finish it. Of course nobody uses 8 hours, but it interesting because they let you feel free to concentrate and take the best decisions.

Tbh I was surprised by how easy everything was and I didn’t really study that much for it. I would have one hour of classes once a week for two years and it was enough. I got a 203 score on the use of English and I found it so easy the day of the exam. Also I got 210 for the writing part which I wasn’t expecting at all since I wasn’t inspired by the topics that were given lmao

I have a question, what about capital letters? Which part do I have to write in capital? Use of English, Listening part two? Btw, my CAE exam is computer based, so we won't have a sheet to transfer our answers, that's why I am not sure which part should I write the words in capital letters. Thank you!

I think I dont know how to study for here . I am learning vocabulary, other forms of the wrods, grammar but it doesnt work .
