Did you know you can make butter at home in just a few minutes… IN A MASON JAR!? I really love to make this butter at dinner parties. If there are kids around, give them each a turn doing the shaking! The key is to use a big jar, fill it only halfway with cream, and shake the jar from top to bottom. You can strain and rinse the butter if you want, but I like to leave a puddle of buttermilk on the plate to let my guests know it’s homemade!
