Someone who has woken up to the truth of the mind and suffering, and teaches truth to others is called a Buddha. The teachings of the Buddha are aimed solely at liberating sentient beings from suffering. The Basic teachings of Buddha which core to Buddhism are the three universal truths, The four noble truths and the noble eightfold path.
The current crisis is an apt time to revisit his teachings, which can be guiding light for a world looking for peace, harmony and sustainability. Especially the ongoing COVID pandemic bears testimony to the fact that the complexities of the modern world carry with them more uncertainties and crisis. Reacting to this, nature is more vigorously attacking humanity. The only solution to these miseries can be found through Lord Buddha’s doctrine. The Buddha’s method of introspection and awakening shows the path in these troubling times. Lord Buddha assures you that, if you follow the middle path that means the noble eight-fold path, you are sure to find the supreme bliss free from sufferings and pains. So, I hope you would be determined the righteous way of the blessed one, The Lord Buddha.
