If the divorce is granted (Marital Settlement included) to NRI by non-INDIAN country. Then, they can show that as an Authoritative document inorder to dissolve Marriage in INDIA (Per HINDU Act). If you feel, its in serial fashion - as soon as the Family court approves your divorce in non-INDIAN country, parallely you can file divorce to dissolve the Marriage in India (no need to perform Marital Settlement again in INDIA).

The whole point is to make sure Indian Lawyers don't eat your money by enforcing their long trial.

Didnt get. If a women files case in india and the man has filed in uk so the uk court will put down the indian case as reinstate divorce on part of husband?? But if husband file divorce first in uk and wife in India the Indian court will hear plead of wife ? So whats use of hearing plead of wife when Uk court will deny any proceding if Husband has filed for divorce in uk first??

Sir a question for you. Why is DNA test is not admissible in courts? When the hisband doubts that his child cant be his child, then why getting dna tests are hard and not admissible in courts?
