Ek lady h usska case me police 2022 me aya tha aur police ne mera naam pucha aur ye bhi samjhaya ki aap witness h iss lady k humko laga tha police sirf information puch rhi h unke baare me, but Aaj 2 years k baad jab hum log waha rhete bhi nhi h, mere naam pr summons to witness aya h GR case me, Aur mein toh unka case k baare me kuch bhi nhi jaanta khaamokha humein pareshani ka saamna krna par rha h,

Aur batana yeh chah rha hun ki mein ab Bangalore me job bhi kr rha hun toh jamshedpur Jana 2 se 3 din lag jata h, aur jaakr bhi mere se jyda jaankari nhi milega court ko, aur job se chutti le kr jaunga toh mera background bhi khrab hoga.

Kaise convince krna h kiya online kuch fillup krna hota h toh pls batayiye aapko mein fees bhi de dunga, but I need relief pls

Summon witness only once came in the civil court and signed his presence...for next 6 months he didn't bother to come in court ....after 6 months of his absence, civil court stopped his summons and declared his unnecessary witness

If complainant request to the magistrate to issue a witness of summons to a person from the accused side, can be allowed it by the magistrate? This person is very much involved in the matter of the fact in a cheque bounce case.
F.I.R. also done against this person in the same matter with the other 3 persons in the same matter as this is a Big Fraud case.
Complainant has the electronic evidence of the said person.

The complainant wants if the person is to be presented before the court, the case will be beyond reasonable doubt.
