In my case I listen to this video and 2 others, each one is one hour duration. I saw my consultant in April, and he reported, but did not understand how, that I had more light in my eye, and my retina is perfect, and I told him I could see more, but the machinery cannot detect such fine improvement. I continue daily with pinpricks of improvement. It takes time, but I continue, as from blackness to what I have now, is wonderful.

@JIHAN JRADI  My problem was being forced to wear glasses when my vision was only -0.03 at 7 years old, gradually the glasses made my eyes weaker. I went to catholic school and I swear the teachers were Gangstalking me and trying to ruin my health because they wanted the Italian boys to get more girls (largely Italian catholic town) and I was the super cute viking boy they had to remove from the game. My eyes are alot better since I stopped wearing glasses, getting more sunlight, using a paper towel dampened in water and frozen in the freezer, eating more vitamins, smoking less, getting Excercise, and doing eye movement exercises and constantly blinking. The binaurals do somewhat help but I find they're only temporary by relaxing the eye, in order to get real change you must practice eye health. Eyes are the most complex organ in the universe and require complex care that people don't teach kids about
