Crispy Sisig is the perfect use for your leftover lechon kawali! A deliciously tangy, spicy and crispy, it's great for family picnics, swimming or outings and parties.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg pork liempo (lechon kawali cut into small pieces
1 tbsp salt
canola oil (for deep frying)
1/2 kg chicken liver, processed into paste like consistency
1 cup chopped onions
3-4 pcs red chilies, sliced
5 tbsp of mayonnaise
ground black pepper to taste
