Terrible. So glad you found a way to resolve your problem . Thanks to the help from the station.

Not being able to "supercharge" doesn't mean you can't charge the car. Blame the insurance company and Carfax for the incorrect information. They should have been the ones to help her address the issue as a result of their incorrect reporting.

Tesla has the worst customer “service”.

I don't think Tesla should be able to control your electric vehicle remotely unless it has been stolen, and in that case, they should be able to disable it.

Why do Big companies wait until the Media gets involved before helping their customers??? It’s like trying to destroy your Brand!

I never have these problems with my gas gazzler 😆

Thanks. Why are we using products to happen under someone controlling it ?

Irrespective of whoever is wrong, the victim is made helpless. Finally getting Media help to get it fixed. She deserves to be given some compensation for TESLA's mistake. Another reason for me to be paranoid of features which can be disabled/enabled based on remote data.

Insurance company got her good. But bad on Tesla for not responding to her when she brought her concerns.

"She loves her Tesla model 3 but these days the EV stays parked in her garage" what a bunch of bull manure, I drive 50.000 km (35.000 miles for you colonials ;-)) per year with my Polestar and only need to super/ fast charge when on holiday.

I usually go multiple weeks without ever supercharging my car. It charges at 30 miles per hour in my garage. That's good enough for me and most people 🤷🏾‍♂️

Ive had my Telsa for almost 2 years and ive gone to a supercharger maybe 6 times. Charge at home overnight.

I smell lawsuit against both Carfax and Tesla.

Sounds like so much fun. You’re in a long trip and pull into a supercharger station and you can’t charge. Now what?

This is not a mistake. Total control over your car

This is exactly why "they" want you to drive an ev... THEY WILL BE ABLE TO TURN OFF YOUR CAR, NOT JUST SLOW IT DOWN.

That's too much control, put me right off buying a Tesla.

I bought MY 2022 Tesla model 3 clean title, has a minor damage on my experian report and after a service I also got banned from supercharging, I already sent emails and called tesla and no one wants to help me, they say I have to pay for a salvage inspection. quoted me $1.5k to check and reactivate supercharger. I dont know what to do, this is unfair.
