If you are on an iphone:
1. save image (or screenshot works too)
2. Go to image in photos app
3. tap the icon in the bottom right corner of the image (looks like three lines surrounded by a broken rounded box outline)
4. now tap the qr code
5. Profit

Take a snapshot!!! ... Thanks for trying to come up with a work around for the lack of a better solution. Why has the "Quick Response" technology been so long providing a standard tool for reading QR codes attached to phone from an email or a browser?

I know how to go to the QR code link once I have it in a photo, but how do I get it into a photo? Using the "sign in with Google" method for a new app on my iphone, it shows me a QR code, but if I try to screen capture that, the QR code goes away before the screen cap happens.

Too fast. I am still confused. And when I search this instructions all that pops up are how to svan QR code with camera. Moronic. Of course I know that. I beed to svan the QR code or barcode that is on my screen wither on picture or when I read e-mail on phone or browse...within the phone not in front of the phone!!!

How do I know if it's opened, like what am I looking for? Will words appear, or a picture, or numbers what does a code look like when it's opened? What if my phone doesn't have lens?
