The state of your microbiome is reflected in your clear complexion. Our skin is the flower of our body. When we look young on the outside, we are young on the inside.

I had strep throat every Christmas from 6 to 11 years old, I had to take liquid penicillin and I remember the last time was bad at 11 years old, the Dr gave me a double dose of penicillin. That was it I never had strep again. I did have stomach pains when I ate cheese and pasta, gas pain was severe, I used grapefruit extract and it seemed to take care of it. At 48 symptoms of Parkinson’s, loss of smell, and constipation are first symptoms, definitely seems like the microbes are involved.

I have some ferments sometimes, but I was overdoing it with the kefir, so I've cut back. The kefir is like ice cream to me and I haven't been able to moderate my intake.
