Do such marketing positions likely lead to research positions?

With a job market this "hot" you would think that clinical sites would be willing to extend a bit more effort. Because at the end of the day, it's not just about the person applying to them trying prove worth now is it? Rather it's very much about the employer also proving worth to the prospective employee...why should employees go and work for that clinical site? I have never been of the mind to do things for free, especially if you have education and/or experience to back you up..in a "hot" labor market you shouldn't need to. Speaking of myself, I did this it would only command I higher dollar amount in the salary negotiations later.

I am a CNA / CMT, do you think if I go to a site to help they might find me a useful? I’m going to start school for BS in clinical research management at this spring and I really need the experience.
