Respect to all creators who make their games alone. The amount of patience and struggles they have to go through to make the game work perfectly fine is insane in my eyes

I'd love to see a free-roam/survival mode where you go around collecting scraps, you have all your tools and weapons already, and the levelling up system is sort of simplified, and infinite, where using scraps will add one level to all stats but it's presented as a single level-up. But each time you do that Charles gets more aggressive and harder to kill and you just survive as long as you can. This game is brilliant by the way and you did an amazing job top to bottom!

i think Charles is more like the Alien form Isolation, he has an A.I who will sometimes tell him a place that you could be, so he would go there and problably find you

I really want to see a cheese wheel named Steve in the game now.

He's on the map somewhere random.
And he's just got a big simple smile. He's got a tea cup and is a little hat. Steve is happy. Charles only likes humans so Steve is left alone.

Would you ever add animals to the game for atmospheric purpose and to indirectly warn you when Charles is near i.e. wolves howling, crows circling your area or even bears running past you if you had the time and assets?

im still hyped. not because of expectations but because it's a project that has been very open with viewers, has listened to feedback and worked with or around it, and all in all it's a game developed by one person with the passion and assistance from a huge audience. i HOPE it does well but im not going to hold my breath or hype it up more than it needs to be. you're an inspiring dev and im super excited to see this game come out and see where it goes! cheers! 🥂

Here's a what if scenario that my mind randomly came up with: What if Eugene survived during Charles's attack like holding onto the doorframe behind the player while manning the gun instead of standing beside the player ready to throw hands at Charles. Would Eugene still die mid-way or until the end? Or will he survive and reunite with his son and witness Charles's demise?
