A social media post on Saturday might lead you to believe that cyber-pirates are wreaking havoc on the Las Vegas Strip, but now resort officials are explaining.

To think the shows used to be a daily thing. The Strip uused to be such a party, but all the automated shows like Bellagio and the Caesar statues were destined to last

No point on putting water back if there are no shows. I could've sworn I had just seen it the other day. Can't believe it's been a decade since I saw it and I live 12 min away from Treasure Island!❤

im glad you uploaded this not because it's interesting or anything but because that means it's an extremely slow news day for vegas which means that nothing horrible happened here today

Had they gone back to the active pirate theme and shows I’ll bet anything there would be more foot traffic through that resort.
I worked at Treasure Island for a bit some years ago and heard from hundreds of guests how they wanted the show and pirates back. It kept the place interesting and fun. the modern day blandness of Vegas casinos takes away from what Vegas was supposed to be about. If you want boring buildings and theme less resorts then just go to LA.
