The Enclave is the best faction in fallout I know they're evil but they have the best armor and tech plus flight equipment they have the hellfire and xo2 try to convince me otherwise.

east coast enclave would win but it's harder for them but hellfire troops and Tesla armor wearing soldiers would make quick work and apa MK2 (advanced power armor MK2) is kinda good but I agree west coast enclave is stronger than East coast enclave but that's mainly because of the west coast enclave has Frank Horrigan who's a super mutant behemoth in apa mk1 thats been built on him keeping him alive without Frank Horrigan West coast enclave is screwed as in the lore NCR were able to get Navarro I know this may be necessary but it's a consideration about the enclave from east and west being different
